5cl sears gin, 3cl lemon juice, 2cl symple sugar, sparkling vine, lemon peel

HOW TO PREPARE:

step1 – put ice into shaker | step2 – add sears gin, lemon juice and sugar | step 3 – shake | step 4 – strain into chilled glas | step5 – float with sparkling vine
